Context/audience for my work

When I first started my project, I was very interested in creating a body of work that would be suitable for the context of 'page', however, as my project has developed and after researching into the different styles and conventions of both contexts, I also feel that my work would be well suited in the context of 'wall'.

It was after a visit to the 'Home Truths' exhibition at The Photographer's Gallery which I felt that my photographs would be suited in a similar environment. As the exhibition had a similar topic of content to my own work, it helped me envision my own photographs in a gallery environment.

When shooting for this project, I am always conscious of shots that would work well together, and taking photographs that would compliment an image that I have already taken; I really like the style of diptychs and placing two images side by side which create a new narrative.

I want to experiment with placing my images in both a 'wall' and 'page' context to see which style works better for my work.
