Contact sheet - shoot two

Although I am fairly pleased with the results from my second shoot, I don't feel that shooting on black and white film was as effective as my first colour shoot. I ended up using an ISO 400 film as the lighting conditions were slightly dull and darker than my first shoot.

I shot a mixture of portraiture and still life/landscape shots on this film, as in my first shoot I didn't manage to capture the still life like I had planned to. I really like the idea of using shots of the sea/sky to accompany my portraiture shots and represent the idea of 'change', however, I want to reshoot these images on a colour film as I feel they will work much better in colour and I have decided against using black and white shots for my finals.

I used the same camera as my first shoot, a Fujifilm rangefinder, as I feel confident with the controls, and it is light enough to carry around and quickly capture shots without using a tripod; it is also quick to focus and change the f/stop and shutter speed, unlike the Mamiya camera which I have previously used in a project last term.
